Joni Marmo has spent her career blending strategy with soul. Whether diving into data or dreaming up creative ways to reach audiences, Joni knows how to bring a message to life.

In the middle of a thriving media career, life threw her a curveball—a health diagnosis that pressed pause on everything. But in that pause, she found purpose. She stepped into teaching, sharing her love for marketing as a University Professor at FIU and later mentoring students in theology at her hometown high school.
These days, Joni is channeling all that experience into something even more meaningful: personal development workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and impactful conversations that help others navigate their own next chapters. She still consults on big projects (like executive producing the Latin GRAMMY Premiere Ceremony in Spain!), but her heart is in helping people grow with intention and purpose.
