PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS AND MENTORING
In the prime of her career, a health diagnosis led Joni to make a life-altering decision to take a sabbatical from the media industry and in the process, ventured into the world of academia as a University Professor of Omnichannel Marketing at FIU’s Chapman Graduate School of Business. Her love for teaching also led her to serve as a Theology teacher and mentor at her local high school alma mater.
With her vast experience in media, marketing and education, Joni has developed content for self-discovery and reflection to help others find purpose and wisdom in their professional and personal lives.
